Stomach feels twisted like as if im a kid in trouble feeling, im pregnant but dk why i keep feeling this?

the only way i can describe the feeling is that its exactly like when i use to do something bad and i knew i was about to get in trouble. like an anxious or fearful almost "butterflies in the stomach" like feeling i guess? Im 12 weeks pregnant and everything seems fine with the pregnancy, but the feeling is bugging me, it happens often, 4-7 times a week, and its hard to convince myself everythings ok, and to make it go away, has anyone ever felt like this during pregnancy???
