Why would I hire someone over 45-50 that came from a 50-70k year job?

Not to mention it was your peers that messed up the economy and blame the black guy. How are you going to be able to do a harder job for less incentive when your generations was raised on monetary incentive only? Not the kind of person I want around. And what do I hear when I ask why you want to work here, money. The low paying service industry which makes up 80% of our economy is not for people that are use to a higher monetary incentive. Time to lower the retirement age not raise it.
