I've asked related questions already but i still need more options, can anybody help?

i fell in love with a fictional character from a book. i now dream about him and hear him talk to me in my mind. once i was having some type of night terror while sleeping and i heard his voice gently whisper in my ear telling me "wake up" and i did but i was even more agitated than before since i clearly heard his voice. i catch myself talk to him at times i even asked him why he woke me up that night and he said "i saw you having trouble in your sleep" i dk what it is about him that made me fall for him knowing he's a stunning, mischievous, and completely deadly at once fictional character. some people say i need to see a shrink and actually a lot of people say that not some but im tired of hearing that. if you have something else besides GO TO A SHRINK please help
