Question about when the honeymoon stage is over?

Yes all the whizz bang goes after a while then it's same old same old from there on. Deep down I bet he still loves you dearly but just does not put it up on the silver screen everyday for you like before. I married a long time family friend and a love developed over the first 10 years and the last 10 it's back to just friends again, the love is still there but not shown as often. For me I think you are worrying over nothing but what has happened in past relationships has messed with your emotions. Hope it all goes well in your marriage if you get that far anyway.
