Really need to know what to do?

long story short- i like this boy he told me he liked me to but then says he likes somebody else more. then i just asked him on msn whens the next time your coming out and he went dk how and i went cause you never come out now adays, and he says i do just not with you, then shhhh on the phone to raegan (the girl he likes) i really like him and im actual crying so please answer this- what can i do to get him to like me more?.. i think i should stop speaking to him and texting him, hes at my school and i always walk past and smile & he'll wink or stop and speak, im thinking about walking past him on monday and not saying nothing and if he speaks ill say something ike- cool then walk away im not sure fou ?
