A question for a world of warcraft pvper's?

My best by far was the first Warsong Gultch I did with my 26 pally. I got Ironman and Wrecking Ball in the same bg. Was good times. I captured the flag all three times and got 20 kills without death. Good times. My worst was today in Arathi Basin where I was (it seemed) the only person who knew how to win, everyone else was just sitting around. To top it off, 4 of the opponents (all elemental shamans) cleaned house and each got about 40 kills.
