Why should marijuana be legalized if everyone who thinks it should is a stoner?

As a non-smoker, naturally, I am against the legalization of marijuana. Not only do I think weed should stay illegal, I also think people who use the drug should be murdered. And it's not just me who thinks this way-- ALL non-users do.
