I don't know if I have a UTI or if I don't or what?

I'm a 16yr old guy. So I've noticed this happen a few time not even every other day. I just had to take a piss and so after I did I kept feeling like I had to keep pissing so when I did only a little came out at a time and it hurt a little but not much and it took forever too. I already pissed like 2 or 3 times earlier today and it was fine. But dk why sometimes i feel like I have to keep pussyfooting but I cant. It's not colored either. I haven't ever had sex. And idk if guys can even get a UDI..a few weeks ago my mouth touched a girls vagina..but idk if that has anythingto do with it! I'm not sick or anything and no stomach pains..any help???
