I want to move permanently to another country in Europe, but I don't know how?

I've lived in Denmark as refugee almost 8 years. I'm not a Danish citizen yet. It takes a long time to become a citizen, because there are great demands. I've planned to move permanently approx. 2 years. And I can not reach to become Danish citizen within 2 years. I'd rather move to Norway, Switzerland or UK. But I want to know: can I immigrate in another European country, or is there another way to move on if you are a refugee, NOT citizen? I know that you can easily move to another country if you are a citizen, but what about a refugee? I want to move to another country permanently, then educate me, get a job and stay there for ever.
