Should i start over in WoW?

Like i was saying should I start over in WoW? My uncle gave me his 60 warrior account and this was during the WOLK time so I wanted a DK. So now that it is Cata, and all, I think I missed out on the original questing experience, and DK's are kinda lame. Should I start over? Meaning new realm, new fraction, race, class, etc. What do you think?
