Net Framework and itunes issues someone please help!!!?

everytime i start up my computer i get 2 messages, one saying the ituneshelper was not installed correctly, and another saying something like netframworkv2. could not be loaded, (theres more to the net framework message but i cant remember it). i have a 64 bit windows 7 dell laptop which iv only had for a few months and seems to be breaking already someone please help me!!! I downloaded a program called peer block the other day and since then iv had these problems not sure if it is coincidental or not?
