I'm in love with a older woman but I don't know how she feels about me. Advice?

Ok so i just started this new job 2 and a half months ago. It's in a residential building with a bunch of rich people, many of which hire babysitters and dog walkers. This couple moved in with their kids about 3 wks ago. They have a babysitter to take care of their two kids. Shes incredibly beautiful, caught my eye the second I saw her. Sexy as hell. Only thing is that she has a 6 yr old kid and appears to be in her late twenties maybe even 30's. I dk if she's single. I figure she is because she works 10 hrs a day 5 days a week. I'm 21 yrs old but i consider myself MUCH more mature than ur average 21 yr old. I dont drink, i dont smoke, i dont go clubbing or do any of the crazy stuff most people my age typically indulge in. Lol I even outgrew playing video games when I was 15 (probably irrelevant but you get my point) I also have a full time job that pays quite well, am very responsible and will be moving out on my own in a month or so. I've always been attracted to older women, just feel like i can connect with them better than with girls my age despite the age gap. So please any advice? Should I approach her? Tell her how I feel? Do you think I have a shot?I cant stop thinking about her. Please, SERIOUS responses only.
