How come my friend is so cool?

I have this friend, he's the same age as I am, he's not as strong, or good looking as me, he's OK. But he took our friends(including me) to a party, and it was really cool, girls were all over him, he was grinding like two at a time, and he even sang this upbeat song that got everybody dancing, and at school he hangs out with everyone, girls talk to him a lot, and he gets good grades even though he's a hardcore stoner which also everyone likes him for. He's native but he's really white but no one cares so how does he do it?
