Boyfriend questions and problems! help?

I am 15. i still havent had my first kiss or my first boyfriend. Almost all my friends and peers have had boyfriends or their first kiss, even the kids with not too many friends. My parents dont let me date or hang out with guys which isnt a big deal until now. this boy whom i think likes me and asked me to hang out. i like him soooooo much, i want to hang with him but my parents will say no since they dont know him. this would give me a better opportunity for me to have my first boyfriend or kiss. i am way too shy and scared to confront my parents about this and i cant go on group dates with a bunch of people and him bc my closest friends wont go with me. any ideas? :(
